The line-up for the next Sundance Festival has been announced, with Friends With Money, Jennifer Aniston's next film, opening the festival, and Alpha Dogs bringing it to a close.
The former film also stars Catherine Keener, Joan Cusack and Frances McDormand, making it one of the best female casts of recent years, while the latter tells the story of notorious teen drug dealer Jesse James Hollywood, with The Girl Next Door's Emile Hirsch, Bruce Willis and, er, Justin Timberlake.
Also in the line-up are The Illusionist, with Edward Norton; Art School Confidential, the latest film from Terry Zwigoff; The Darwin Awards, with Winona Ryder and Joseph Fiennes; Don't Come Knocking from Wim Wenders; Lucky Number Slevin with Josh Hartnett, Lucy Liu, Morgan Freeman and Bruce Willis; Maggie Gyllenhaal's return to her regular Sundance haunting grounds with Sherry Baby and Michel Gondry's latest, The Science of Sleep, with Gael Garcia Bernal.
As ever with Sundance, however, the festival is showcasing a huge number of smaller films from lesser-known talents. Chasing Amy's Joey Lauren Adams makes her directorial and screenwriting debut with Come Early Morning; and even Bob(cat) Goldthwait's directorial effort Stay.
