Director strikes a deal with court

Oliver Stone looks unlikely to face jail for the charges of drug possession he acquired last month. The director was charged with felony and misdemeanour charges after police pulled him over for driving erratically back in July. After searching him, they discovered a cocktail of prescription and illegal drugs, including cannabis. But after a hearing on Friday, it looks unlikely that the case against Stone will go any further than a recommendation for rehabilitation. Stone
