Though some of the Spider-spin-offs seem to be stuck in development limbo, that isn't stopping Sony from adding new entries to its potential To Do list. And the newest person joining the team is someone who has form with the web-slinger: The Amazing Spider-Man 2's Roberto Orci is now aboard an untitled movie set in the studio's non-MCU spider-universe.
According to The Wrap, the details are being kept a secret for now, though given Orci's leanings towards sci-fi and strange tales, perhaps he'll bring more terror to the web-slinger's world. We'll have to wait and see which character he's tackling.
Sony has Venom 2 in production now for a planned release later this year, while Morbius lands here on 31 July.
