Magic mirror, on the wall… what’s the latest classic animated Disney movie to get the live-action treatment? Why yes, it’s Snow White! And a new, full-length trailer has dropped for the photo-real adaptation, with West Side Story and The Hunger Games star Rachel Zegler stepping into that blue puff-sleeve corset and yellow skirt, and Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot, going full villain mode as the evil Queen. Watch it below.

This new version of Disney’s debut feature is directed by The Amazing Spider-Man’s Marc Webb – and from the look of this trailer, is channelling pure Disney fantasy, especially in those woodland scenes. We also get to hear a glimpse of Zegler’s spectacular singing voice, which will be put to use in Snow White’s classic songs – as well as some new tunes from Benj Pasek and Justin Paul – and see more of the seven dwarves, the CG rendering of whom caused a smattering of internet disapproval when the previous trailer was released. Will this retelling prove be the fairest of them all? Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it’s off to the cinema we go to find out…

Snow White will be released on 21 March, 2025.
