Over the hill by Hollywood standards they may be, but Susan Sarandon and Goldie Hawn certainly still know how to have fun, as proven by last night's London premiere of their new film, The Banger Sisters. Proving that not only the wrinkly Harrison Fords of this world can put that pension on hold, both actresses turned up for the opening of their latest charming vehicle in Leicester Square looking every inch a movie star and obviously having a whale of a time. All got up in thigh-high boots and a black mini-skirt, Hawn was adamant that her career has only got stronger as the birthdays tick by. "Actually, the meaty roles happen more when you're older, oddly enough," she told Empire Online before adding, "Some of the simple, innocent girl roles are just boring!" And boring certainly isn't the word to describe Hawn's character in The Banger Sisters, the brassy rock groupie Suzette who after 20 years turns up on the doorstep of old friend and fellow groupie Lavinia
