Spike Lee is headed to the telly.
Okay, so he’s not doing a Danny Cannon and signing up to help run a TV show like CSI. He’s just agreed to direct the pilot of a new drama called Shark.
The show will feature James Woods playing a smarmy Hollywood attorney who decides to switch tracks and become a prosecutor.
Brian Grazer, who has just produced Lee’s latest film Inside Man, talked him into the job. Grazer is acting as an executive producer on the show.
