Second Tintin Trailer Arrives

It's barely a fortnight since the first one debuted, but here's another new trailer for **The Adventures Of Tintin.

This one seems to be for American audiences, who have to wait until December for their slice of Spielberg/Herge action, while we get it next week. Ha! Take that, Yankees! Trailer the second is not entirely dissimilar to the first, it must be said. But crucially it's about a minute longer, allowing for some much-expanded seafaring; Snowy being distracted from some important work by a sandwich; and Haddock deciding it's a good idea to start a fire... IN A BOAT.

The Adventures Of Tintin, you need no telling, stars Jamie Bell, Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost in bleeding edge performance capture. It's directed by Steven Spielberg, produced by Peter Jackson, and written by Steven Moffat, Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish, based on Herge's The Crab With The Golden Claws, The Secret Of The Unicorn, and Red Rackham's Treasure.

It's out in the UK on October 26, and you can read Empire's world-first Tintin review here.
