Scotty To Be A Dad

Actor **James Doohan **- aka Scotty from Star Trek- is about to become a father at 80 years old. The Hollywood veteran is expecting his third child with 43-year-old wife Wende, continuing a family tradition. He says, "Fathering kids in old age runs in the family. When the baby is born, I'll be one month into my 80th year. It's absolutely fantastic. I may be getting a little slower than I used to be, but I don't have any aches or pains. We're planning to give the baby all the love in the world." Wende adds, "It's amazing. We always planned on having three children. But this pregnancy has been a delightful surprise for us both. Scotty's still got what it takes." Doohan has also had four other children by other wives.
