After filming all of her Avengers: Age Of Ultron work in one big block to avoid the production having to shoot around her pregnancy, Scarlett Johansson has found a way to incorporate it in to a future role. Or rather, the Coen brothers have, as she’s in talks to play an actress who discovers she’s with child just as she’s about to start her new film in their latest,** Hail Caesar!.

The film, which already boasts Coen veterans George Clooney and Josh Brolin, with Tilda Swinton, Channing Tatum and Ralph Fiennes in negotiations, revolves around a 1950's private eye / fixer who digs up and covers up scandals for studios to keep the stars in line.

According to Variety, Jonah Hill is also now in talks, though his role is being kept quiet. Fiennes will be a director under contract to one of the studios, while Tatum is a Gene Kelly-type star. Swinton, meanwhile, will be on the other side of the studio gates, hunting for juicy stories as a gossip columnist, presumably along the Louella Parsons or Hedda Hopper lines.

Joel and Ethan are gearing up to make the film later this year, while Johansson will next be seen in Luc Besson’s action thriller Lucy, due out in the UK on August 22, followed by the Avengers sequel, which hits on April 24, 2015.
