They may no longer be playing Avengers, but Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans are not ready to stop teaming up. They're both now attached to a new adventure film from director Dexter Fletcher called Ghosted.
Apple has slapped down the cash to buy the potential film, which has a script from Deadpool duo Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. The Hollywood Reporter couldn't find any concrete plot details, but has heard it described as a high-concept romantic action adventure film in the spirit of movies such as Romancing The Stone.
This is just the latest big film purchase for Apple, which has snapped up Martin Scorsese's next film, Killers Of The Flower Moon and Emancipation, starring Will Smith.
Johansson recently signed on to Wes Anderson's next film, while Evans shot The Gray Man, directed by Joe and Anthony Russo.
