Empire Podcast #229: Sam Neill, Colin Firth

It's not often that we welcome a genuine legend of Empire Podcast mythology into the pod booth – but this week, that's exactly what we did. Event Horizon has been whispered in the annals of Empire Podcast lore since time immemorial, and this week we welcome Dr. William Weir himself, Sam Neill. He talks to Chris about the classic 1997 science-fiction horror, and also, if there's time, some of his other films too (like this week's five-star stunner, Hunt For The Wilderpeople).

As if that wasn't enough, we also welcome a member of English acting royalty, the potential father of Bridget Jones's baby, and the star of this week's Bridget Jones's Baby: the great Colin Firth pops by the pod booth to class up the place a bit with his charm and wit.
