After swapping quips/barbs and trading punches in The Hitman's Bodyguard, Ryan Reynoldsand Samuel L. Jackson are clearly ready to work together again. And they have, in The Hitman's Wife Bodyguard, due next year. But they're keeping the partnership going, with new animated series Futha Mucka.

It'll appear on struggling streaming service Quibi, which has been looking for ways to goose its sign-up numbers, hoping that star names will help.

Futha Mucka comes from co-writers Jim and Brian Kehoe, who worked on the film Blockers and will run the series. Futha Mucka looks to be a parody of the actors' real lives, with Reynolds in love with Sam. When a minor mishap causes Sam to become Ryan’s primary caregiver, things get weird... So take that as you will. There's no word on when it'll hit Quibi (which is available in the UK, though they've done a terrible job letting people know that fact), but given its animated nature, that makes it easier to produce in this pandemic world.
