Directors Joe and Anthony Russo have enjoyed using their Twitter feed to tease fans about their upcoming Marvel efforts. They've already thrown eagle-eyed cinemagoers into a flurry of speculation with one pic, and now, to celebrate the official wrap on the still-untitled fourth Avengers outing (following additional shooting), they've done it again...
Well, that's.... certainly something. Guesses so far have included a reference to Guardians-adjacent character Adam Warlock, a coffin or possibly something to do with Brie Larson's Captain Marvel. There's a chance it's a sonogram for a sperm whale or even just a fancy lamp they're using to taunt us.
Right now, there's not much confirmed information about the follow-up to Infinity War, with even the title still a mystery, but as the movie has now wrapped, we can expect to start seeing less confounding imagery before too long. Especially since the movie itself will be out on 26 April next year.
