Fresh from Conan the Barbarian, Rose McGowan will next be trading Cimmeria for suburbia in **Rosewood Lane{ =nofollow}, a new horror project from Victor Salva (Jeepers Creepers and its sequel).

McGowan will play a TV psychiatrist enduring tough times after the death of her father. Heading back to her childhood home to recuperate, she ends up in, we kid you not, a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with a sinister paperboy. You know the sort of thing: he'll be riding over her flowerbeds; throwing papers through her windows; blowing up lawnmowers; rolling drunks...

Salva says Paperb... sorry, Rosewood Lane has been a pet project of his for years, and is one of his "most terrifying stories." More terrifying even than a giant fairy that drives a truck. Producer Philip Goldfine meanwhile, says that, "Rose has a strong cult following and fully embodies the lead character. Audiences will enjoy watching the horrific experiences her character goes through."

Ray Wise and Gina Philips, both Jeepers Creepers alumni, are also attached, and shooting starts shortly.
