Here's an exciting team up we're already anticipating big things from: Rosamund Pike is on board to star in Oscar-winning Promising Young Woman writer/director Emerald Fennell's next film.
We learned back in January that Fennell was looking to write, direct and produce herPromisingfollow-up this coming summer, but details have been thin on the ground so far.
Deadline has dug up a little more though, learning from sources that the movie might be called Saltburn and that it'll focus on a grand, aristocratic English family. Of which Fennell has some experience, though we're mostly intrigued to see what she has to say with the new film.
Fennell, of course is also the writer of Warner Bros. and DC's planned new movie about sorceress Zatanna, though that one is still sitting in development. And she'll be seen on screens next year in the increasingly eclectic cast of Barbie, led by Margot Robbie. Fennell FTW!
As for Pike, she's most recently been seen in Prime Video fantasy series The Wheel Of Time and is attached to star in new thriller Rich Flu, about a mysterious disease that affects wealthy people around the world.
