Dean Devlin is switching from the epic disaster thrillers he's been known for in the past to something a little more low key. He already has David Tennant aboard crime story Bad Samaritan and is now adding Robert Sheehan.
Written by Brandon Boyce, Samaritan finds two young car valets (we're going to assume Sheehan is one of them) who have a criminal sideline to their mundane parking duties – they use the business as a front to steal from their rich patrons while they're out. Unfortunately for them, they just picked the wrong house to rob...
It's not yet known whether Tennant will be a threat in the movie, though given his recent history with Jessica Jones, we know he can bring the menace in a big way when needed. The movie will start shooting in Oregon later this year.
This won't be Sheehan's first run-around with Devlin, as he's part of the cast for the producer/director's Geostorm, due October 20, 2017.
