Wallace & Gromit have swept the 33rd annual Annie Awards in

America. In what looks to be a strong sign that the film might also bag the Animated Picture Oscar, Curse Of The Were-Rabbit scooped every award it had been nominated for.

The film hopped off with awards for best feature, directing, writing, character animation, character design, animated effects, music, production design, storyboarding and voice acting.

In a typically cheeky acceptance speech, co-director and Wallace creator Nick ark thanked his American studio colleagues. "To the DreamWorks team, we'd just like to thank you for your copious notes," Park said. "The were like fresh manure on our vegetables."
