She may have beaten the likes of Jennifer Anniston and Cameron, but it's fairly safe to say that the Queen probably isn't celebrating the fact that she came higher than Hollywood's finest in this year's Worst Dressed List. In the annual bitch fest that follows the publishing of US fashion designer Richard Blackwell the Queen was described as 'dull, dowdy and devastatingly dreary.' But that wasn't enough to put her top of the list - an honour which went to Cher whose manner of dresseing was described thus; 'When it comes to picking the ultimate fashion fiasco, ladies and gentlemen, it's Cher.' On a more positive note, Mr Blackwell also announced his Best Dressed list. In a decision sure to provoke rancour in Buckingham Palace, the Queen's new daughter-in-law Sophie Rhy-Jones made it on to the Best Dressed List, along with the likes of Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman and Gwyneth Paltrow.
