Though they're no longer orchestrating massive Avengers movies, Joe and Anthony Russo are still collaborating with various cast members across the MCU in a Fantasy (American) Football league that is ostensibly to support charity, but mostly appears to exist so the actors can have fun trash-talking each other. The latest example is Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2's Mantis, AKA Pom Klementieff, laying some smack down on Chris Hemsworth in a video co-written and directed by Simon Pegg.
It's certainly entertaining, featuring a song poking fun at plenty of Hemsworth/Thor elements and friends (comparing him to the size of Tom Holland, for example).
And that's not the half of it: this has clearly been shot as Pegg and Klementieff work on the latest Mission: Impossible movie, since they show up at the end with a couple of known cast mates – the ever-wonderful Rebecca Ferguson and some chancer name Tom... something. Bruise? Cruise? We're not sure.
It's just the latest example, and we'd be remiss if we didn't also point you towards a video from Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings star Simu Liu, who, while still yet to be seen in his MCU debut, took the time to record a diss track making fun of Ryan Reynolds. Cue the Green Lantern gags!
