Comic book geek, STOP! Before you start complaining that we spelled "Grey" wrong in the title, you should know that this Phoenix is Joaquin, not a super-powered mutant (although, hey, who knows?) and that the Gray is director James Gray. The pair are re-teaming for a third time, after The Yards and the upcoming We Own The Night, on a new drama called Two Lovers. And they're hoping to drag Gywneth Paltrow away from playschool to join them.
In Two Lovers, a man is torn between the family friend who his parents hope he will marry, and the "volatile" new neighbour with whom he falls passionately in love. We're hoping that Paltrow is lined up for the latter, since it would be a bit more of a stretch for her than another sweet 'n' lovely role.
Production's due to start in November, soon after We Own The Night opens on November 12.
