What do you do when you've won several Emmys yourself, helped others to trophy success and become one of the most sought-after creators working in TV and film? If you're Phoebe Waller-Bridge, you sign a hefty deal with Amazon Studios.

Admittedly, it was in the works before Sunday night, but fresh from her awards haul (which helped the streaming service to its most successful Emmys yet), Waller-Bridge has confirmed a deal that, according toVariety's sources, is worth around $20 million a year to exclusively create TV series for Amazon, set to premiere worldwide on Amazon Prime Video.

"I’m insanely excited to be continuing my relationship with Amazon. Working with the team on Fleabag was the creative partnership dreams are made of. It really feels like home. I can’t wait to get going!" says Waller-Bridge of the new deal.

Sadly, it does not include a clause demanding a third series of Fleabag (thankfully Phoebe Waller-Bridge's new bookFleabag: The Scripturesis on its way), but then she's always said that she'd told all the story she wanted with that show, and is moving on to pastures new. Those include romantic comedy thriller Run for HBO which is now going through post-production and script work on the new Bond film, No Time To Die, which will arrive on 3 April next year.
