Finally we have a winner in the Best Speech stakes for this year's Oscars. Julia Roberts gave her all when she matched everyone's expectations in winning for Best Actress. Always threatening to break down entirely, Roberts kept her tears in check as she rattled through a long list of thank-yous. 'I love it up here!' Roberts yelled after telling the conductor of the orchestra to sit down and not cut her speech short - 'because I may never be here again. She ended on a full-blown gushy note, saying, 'I love the world, I'm so happy - thank you!' No, Julia, thank-you for providing the first memorable moment of the night.
