Planners will ask the celebrity couple to front the week-long celebration of matrimony - but they must announce their engagement by 7 February. The ultimatum comes on the back of reports that stunning Liz has made the most of traditional leap year laws and proposed to her man. Friends claim the couple are now planning a spring wedding.
