Rachel Nichols has been a busy actress of late, with plenty of work to occupy her, and she’s now adding another movie to her list after entering negotiations to co-star in The Ten O’Clock People.
Justin Long signed on to the lead role a few weeks ago, agreeing to appear as a man attempting to kick his smoking habit. The chemical imbalances involved lead to him suddenly being able to see a frightening reality in which the world is secretly ruled by horrific monsters disguised as humans.
If she signs on, Nicols will play a fellow member of the group known as the Ten O’Clock People, who can all perceive the strange reality.
Tom Holland, who directed the original Fright Night, has adapted Stephen King’s story from Nightmares and Dreamscapes for this one, adding it to his list of King adaptations. He’s looking to begin shooting this September.
Nichols will next be seen in Alex Cross, which arrives here on November 30.
