A new Lars von Trier film is always something to get excited about, and Antichrist looks like being no exception. Starring Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg, the film is a bit more elaborate than some of his recent fare - what with having locations and effects - but every bit as powerful.

The story follows a couple devastated by the loss of their son who retreat to their cabin in the woods. There, things start to go seriously weird as nature itself seems to turn against them.
We reported on the movie's first still here, but now that the trailer is online we get a much better feel of what we can expect: namely, a creepy atmosphere, sense of the supernatural and Dafoe's bare-nekkid buttocks. Not to mention an unusual spot of billing, where Von Trier's name is flashed up before the title, yet Dafoe and Gainsbourg remain unheralded.
There's still no UK release date, but we've got toes crossed that we'll see it soon.
