Four years on from Boyhood, director Richard Linklater has turned his attention to another rather different, slice of family life. Cate Blanchett, Judy Greer, Kristen Wiig and Laurence Fishburne star in Where'd You Go, Bernadette, a brand new trailer for which has just arrived.

The Fault In Our Stars' writers Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber adapted Maria Semple’s 2012 bestseller for the script, which follows an agoraphobic architect named Bernadette Branch, who goes missing shortly before her family takes a trip to Antarctica. Semple’s novel, which is narrated by the woman’s 15-year-old daughter Bree, tells its story in an offbeat way, though emails, letters, FBI documents, a psychiatrist and an emergency room medical bill. All of which doesn’t seem to bode well for Bernadette.

Annapurna Pictures is put this one together, and it's currently due for release in March, 2019. Semple's book is published in the UK by Weidenfeld & Nicholson. Nobody gives the title a question mark, so don't @ us.
