Already being talked about as a big awards contender, Alfonso Cuaron's Roma is closer to release than ever. And now there's a new trailer offering a longer glimpse of the movie.

A world away from the films Cuaron has been more recently making (your Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban, your Gravity), this is one straight from the heart and, partially, from the memory. It follows Cleo (Yalitza Aparicio), a young domestic worker for a family in the middle-class neighborhood of Roma in Mexico City. We're promised a vivid and emotional portrait of domestic strife and social hierarchy amidst political turmoil of the 1970s.

Roma hits Netflix on 14 December, following a limited theatrical release in the US on 21 November. We're checking into any details about UK screenings, as this is really one to be seen on the big screen.
