There's a new trailer up for Roland Emmerich's 10,000 B.C., and it has more mammoth and sabretooth action than ever.
The film, which is out on March 14 here, follows a young man called D'Leh (Steven Strait) who chases his girlfriend Evolet (Camilla Belle) and half his village after they are kidnapped by more advanced neighbours and taken to the big city. Yes, this all sounds a bit daft and more than a little Apocalypto, but did Mel Gibson's film have giant furry pachyderms? No, which means that by our reckoning this is already 300% better.
See the full thing here thanks to our friends at CHUD, but watch out for big man-eating birds along the way.
