We're not sure what Hollywood has against New York at the moment but whatever it is, it's here in spades in the new trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows. Some kind of Chitauri-like knock-offs raining concrete from the skies, Michael Bay-approved carnage and four rampaging turtles with an identity crisis... none of this is getting past the Mayor's office.

Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo and Raphael are faced with new villainy in this surprise sequel to Jonathan Liebesman's 2014 movie. Fear not! They have allies. April O’Neil (Megan Fox) and Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett) are joined by a newcomer: the hockey-masked vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell).

After supervillain Shredder escapes custody, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and two dimwitted henchmen, Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (WWE star Stephen Farrelly), to unleash a diabolical plan to take over the world. As the Turtles prepare to take on Shredder and his new crew, they find themselves facing an even greater evil with similar intentions: the notorious Krang.

As you might have guessed from all that, there's a lot going on here. Find out the who, what and why of it all when Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows makes its UK bow on May 30.
