The Stranger Things team have often found creative ways to stand out from the promotional pack, and the latest video, which offers little in the form of concrete information about Season 3 of the show, nevertheless provides a fun return to the town of Hawkins, Indiana.

Yes, mall culture is coming to the small town, no doubt to the delight of the kids and their parents. Now, the residents will be able enjoy shopping in the likes of The Gap, Waldenbooks and Sam Goody. You can tell it's the 1980s, as only one of those stores has any real presence left in American consumer culture.

There don't seem to be many hints at a dark secret lurking within or beneath the mall (except possibly Hot Dog On A Stick), but we do at least encounter Joe Keery's Steve at work doling out frosty treats at the Scoops Ahoy ice cream shot, and is seemingly none too thrilled to be featured in the video. But he might be happier working alongside Maya Hawke's Robin...

Season 3 hasn't announced a premiere date yet, but around Halloween seems a good bet. Expect more from the show as the season approaches. And try to keep this ditty out of your head.
