With all the other part threes (parts three?) coming out this summer, it's easy to forget about Rush Hour 3. To be honest, given the one joke averageness of the first two films there's every reason to forget about it. But, whether you knew it or not, the third installment in Brett Ratner's African-American-cop-and-Chinese-cop-get-wacky series is coming and there's a new trailer online at worstpreviews.com. Click here to see it.
We don't want to start throwing around words like racist, but there are a few parts that seem a liiittle bit racist. There are jokes at the expense of black people, asian people and French people. But maybe if you're insulting everyone, it's fine. We don't know, we're English and middle class and get uncomfortable about everthing. Overall it's very much in keeping with the first two films – you can decide for yourself whether that's a good thing or bad thing. But the riff on an old Abbot and Costello joke did make us chuckle.
