Just when Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne thought they'd seen the last of the noisy neighbours, here comes a whole new group. And this time, they're going to need a little help from their old nemesis, which means the return of Zac Efron and his abs. Check out the latest, red band trailer for Bad Neighbours 2.

We're back with Mac (Rogen) and Kelly (Byrne) Radner, still just trying to quietly adapt to grown-up life and raise their young daughter Stella (Elise Vargas). Looking to sell their suburban home and move somewhere else (i.e. away from the nearby university), they're delighted when it seems to go smoothly, aside from a waiting period. So imagine their horror when a sorority led by Shelby (Chloe Grace Moretz) moves into the house that caused them all the trouble before.

So what are the stressed-out couple to do? Why, they'll have to get the party girls to move, and to help achieve that end, they enlist the help of Teddy (Efron), the guy who caused them so much trouble last time. But even he might not be able to defeat this lot.

Worryingly, on the evidence of the trailer at least, the film appears to essentially be a retooling of the first Bad Neighbours, but we'll wait and see how the new adversaries bring a different energy to the film. With Ike Barinholtz, Carla Gallo and Dave Franco back for the chaos, Bad Neighbours 2 is out on May 6.
