New Olympus Has Fallen Stills Arrive

If you're looking for another contender for our ever-expanding list of Die Hard Movies That Aren't Die Hard Movies, look no further than the upcoming Olympus Has Fallen, as brought to you by Gerard Butler's secret service agent and Aaron Eckhart's Leader Of The Free World.

These new stills come courtesy of Coming Soon, and though they aren't the most explosive any photographer has ever taken, it's good to have a closer look at a movie that hasn't had that much publicity in the build-up to its release.

The trailer (see below) explains it all in more detail, but the plot of Antoine "Training Day" Fuqua's abducted president movie centres around Mike Banning (Butler) as a disgraced Presidential bodyguard attempting to rescue the POTUS (Eckhart) from the clutches of some evil types who've taken over The White House.

It may remind you of Roland Emmerich's similar-sounding White House Down, and that's because it *is *very similar sounding, though that take on the White-House-is-attacked-by-bad-'uns movie features Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx and Maggie Gyllenhaal instead of Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart and Morgan Freeman (who plays the Speaker Of The House Of Representatives).

For more snaps of Eckhart looking well and truly abducted - as well as Gerard Butler shielding himself from an explosion or two - head to Coming Soon for more.

Olympus will fall into cinemas on April 19.
