Originally set to arrive around now, Guy Ritchie's new King Arthur film was pushed back by several months to a 2017 release date, and you could be forgiven for forgetting it was happening at all. But now here are new pictures of stars Charlie Hunnam and Jude Law, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, to jog your memory.

Ritchie's version, conceived and written by Joby Harold and Lionel Wigram as the potential launching pad for a franchise, has taken a new name, King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword (it was originally called Knights Of The Round Table: King Arthur) and this initial outing finds Hunnam as a much more streetwise, down-to-earth Arthur. “He’s a bit rough around the edges, but he’s basically a survivor,” Hunnam tells EW. “There’s definitely a harder edge than people would imagine.”

Jude Law in King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword

With his father murdered and the throne usurped by his uncle Vortigern (Law) in Claudius-from-Hamlet style, this Arthur will have to fight back, but will face off against more than just Law's meanie standing around looking like he's trying to impersonate Iron Man (or throw shade), Vortigern has some serious dark magic backing him up. For more on the movie, see EW's story.

We'll see how the combination of Ritchie's style and the old legends work when King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword arrives on March 24 next year.
