Hellboy - exclusive

Fresh off of being handed an R-rating across the pond (for "strong bloody violence and gore throughout, and language"), the new Hellboy has decided to go full force with its latest trailer, a Red Band display of how it can be different from the Guillermo del Toro movies. Take a look...

In this version, Big Red (played by Stranger Things' David Harbour) is called to the English countryside to battle a trio of rampaging giants. There he discovers The Blood Queen, Nimue (Milla Jovovich), a resurrected ancient sorceress thirsting to avenge a past betrayal. Suddenly caught in a clash between the supernatural and the human, Hellboy is now hell-bent on stopping Nimue without triggering the end of the world.

Ian McShane, Daniel Dae Kim, Sophie Okonedo, Brian Gleeson and Thomas Haden Church co-star, and 2 Guns' Andrew Cosby wrote the script. Hellboy is out on 11 April.
