More Kevin. More slime. More… giant spectral foot! A new Ghostbusters trailer aimed at Japanese moviegoers has crashed online, offering more of the new breed of ‘Busters in action against the full host of the apocalypse, and a slightly slow-witted Aussie PA. Click below to watch it.

On this evidence, Erin (Kristen Wiig), Jillian (Kate McKinnon), Abby (Melissa McCarthy) and Patty (Leslie Jones) and, to a much lesser extent, the new guy, Kevin (Chris Hemsworth), are going into action against paranormal phenomenon of all shapes and sizes. Particularly terrifying is a possessed mannequin clomping down a corridor, although that skyscraper-shaped beastie, Ronan, has his moments too.

Shunning the haters, Paul Feig is promising a worthy follow-up to the beloved originals. “I wanted my ladies to be badass,” the director tells Empire. “I wanted them to get in over their heads and fight ghosts. I like the idea of them having to enter a giant setting and take on ghosts.”

The June issue of Empire was, of course, Ghostbuster-licious and there’s much more to come here as we count down towards the movie’s UK release on July 15.
