Sam Worthington should be having a good day today. After a triumphant premiere for Avatar last night, this morning sees three rather spiffy new posters for Clash of the Titans, which show that his Greek hero, Perseus, is rather more fierce about the monster-killing than you might expect if you've seen the original 1981 film.
Yes, the only one of these posters where Perseus isn't actually snarling is the one in which he's on the back of winged horse Pegasus - and there, he's still frowning. But this does give us a nice taste of the monsters we can expect: there's Medusa (or at least her head), a giant scorpion called a Scorpiok, wooden men called the Djinn and the Stygian witches, who look rather Del Toro-esque if you ask us.

Clash of the Titans is out on March 26, by which time we'll know if Sam Worthington has conquered the world with Avatar or not.
