26-years-old and already six films into his directing career, Xavier Dolan will make his English-language debut with his seventh. Jessica Chastain, Kathy Bates, Susan Sarandon, Taylor Kitsch and Kit Harington are already part of the cast for The Death And Life Of john F. Donovan, and Natalie Portman and Nicholas Hoult are now also set to join the impressive ensemble.

Harington has the title role in the drama, which involves a Hollywood star's career being destroyed when people start making assumptions about his correspondence with an 11-year-old actor. Chastain plays the editor of a gossip rag. Portman and Hoult's roles have yet to be revealed.

Dolan immediately followed his festival hit Mommy with It's Only The End Of The World. That one stars Léa Seydoux, Marion Cotillard and Vincent Cassel and is currently in post-production for a release sometime this year.

We'll next see Portman and Hoult, meanwhile, on the same weekend in the spring. Portman's long-delayed Western Jane Got A Gun arrives on May 20, and Hoult will be Beast again in X-Men: Apocalypse on May 19.
