Naomie Harris is going on patrol. She's signed on to star in a new police corruption thriller called Black And Blue.

And because it's a film set in the modern era, body cams naturally come into play. Deon Taylor is in the director's chair for this one, working from Peter A. Dowling's script. Black And Blue will see Harris as a rookie cop working the beat in New Orleans. She happens to catch corrupt fellow officers murdering a drug dealer, her body cam capturing the whole thing for the record. That, of course, sets the other cops on her trail, looking to silence her and wipe the incriminating footage. And so the stage is set for a deadly chase through the night...

Screen Gems is backing this one, which was once called Exposure, but there's no sign of a release date yet. Harris is on screens (albeit in animal form) in Mowgli: Legend Of The Jungle, which has just hit Netflix. You can learn more about that one via our Podcast interview with director Andy Serkis.
