With it due to hit Netflix later this month, the new trailer for psychological (and psychosexual) drama Gypsy, starring Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup, has arrived.
Writer Lisa Rubin cooked up the concept, which finds Watts as Jean Holloway, a therapist who begins to get a little too close for comfort (or professional ethics) to the people in her patients' lives. Crudup is her husband Michael, who must deal with their complicated marriage and his own morally dubious relationships.
As the borders of Jean’s professional life and personal fantasies become blurred, she descends into a world where the forces of desire and reality are disastrously at odds... And then there's Crudup constantly flying away on spaceships and making the stupidest decisions when it comes to dangerous life... hang on, that's something else.
Fifty Shades Of Grey director Sam Taylor-Johnson kicks off the series by overseeing the initial two from a planned first run of 10, and the whole thing will land on the streaming service on 30 June.
