Just last week, we learned that Zoë Kravitz was planning to direct the intriguingly named Pussy Island, with Channing Tatum the first actor cast in the thriller. Now we know who will be leading the film: Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker's Naomie Ackie.
Kravitz co-wrote the script with ET Feigenbaum, and the story follows Frida (Ackie), a young, clever, Los Angeles cocktail waitress who has her eyes set on the prize: philanthropist and tech mogul Slater King (Tatum). When she skillfully maneuvers her way into King’s inner circle and ultimately an intimate gathering on his private island, she is ready for a journey of a lifetime.
