Poor old Nick Moran. Trying to have a night out in Basingstoke, of all places, he was denied the celebrity treatment. When he informed bouncers at the Zero club who he was, he was told "I don't care who you are, get to the back of the queue", according to the Basingstoke Gazette. The club's manager also said "You're not a very good lookalike are you?". Moran was in Basingstoke as he's staying at his family home whilst learning to ride for his upcoming role in Peter Hyams' D'Artagnan. But he eventually convinced the club's manager that he was the real deal, and took it all in good humour, saying "People were actually testing me to find out if I was Nick Moran".
