Mr Whippy

Preparation is going full steam ahead for Indiana Jones IV, but a recent mooch around the props dept before filming commences has revealed that an essential item of Indy's gear is missing. According to fan site www.IndyGear.com the props team are all out of 'regular whips' having only stunt whips (whips with cables) in the cupboard - a dilemma I'm sure we can all empathise with. Whether this means that the likes of Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg will be returning theirs for the duration of filming remains to be seen. In the meantime, the team are hard at work trying to find a new scriptwriter to fill the place left vacant by Britain's Tom Stoppard. Fellow film site IGN Filmforce, Frank Darabont (Green Mile, Shawshank Redemption) is the current frontrunner for the job.
