The Book Of Eli just got a little sexier. Well, ok, a LOT sexier, with news that the awesome Mila Kunis has signed on to join the Denzel Washington action movie.

In case you haven’t been paying attention lately, a quick reminder: the movie, the first to be directed by the Hughes Brothers, Albert and Allen, since From Hell, will see Washington play a warrior who must negotiate a perilous post-apocalyptic America in order to protect a book that may just hold the key to saving mankind.

Kunis has signed on to bring her smoky voice and sultry, heavy-lidded eyes to the role of Sonara, a woman who is sent to betray Eli, but ultimately ends up joining his fight. Gary Oldman also stars – back on bad guy territory as a despot desperate to prevent Washington from saving the book.

The role wraps up a great year for Kunis, who broke into the movies big-time with a standout role in Forgetting Sarah Marshall. She even managed to walk away from Max Payne without too much damage – we predict big things for this lady, mark our words.

Filming on The Book Of Eli will start in New Mexico in February.
