As the cameras continue to roll and the debris flies on the set of Transformers: Age Of Extinction, Michael Bay has used his official site to debut a new behind-the-scenes image that makes it look for all the world like he’s at the controls of a massive gun. Which, let’s face it, would make sense. He's a filmmaker who definitely shoots movies.
Though the official plotline of Age Of Extinction remains shrouded in mystery, we do know that human meddling in Transformers tech brings a new, incredibly dangerous threat to the Earth, and that the Dinobots are involved in some way.
The fleshy folk trying to avoid being stepped on this time are Mark Wahlberg as a struggling inventor and single father to Tessa (Nicola Peltz) who in turn is dating racing driver Shane (Jack Reynor). Kelsey Grammer is bad guy Harold Attinger, with Sophia Myles, Stanley Tucci, T.J. Miller, Titus Welliver, Bingbing Li, Victoria Summer and Geng Han all aboard.
While we wait for pictures of the robots in disguise (who, given the CG demands, are still likely in very rough form), we’re hoping someone else will get a look in for future shots. Transformers: Age Of Extinction will strike cinema screens on June 27 next year.
