Filippo Bozotti, last seen in the court of Marie Antoinette, has been cast in indie film The Great Pretender.
The story follows a broke European playboy who’s caught in bed with the wrong woman. She just happens to be the wife of a powerful casino owner who then forces him to make a bet. If he can seduce a famous American actress, he gets to live. If not, he’s cashing out for good.
Dmity Lipkin and Colette Burson have written the script, which will shoot in Europe next summer. Assuming it has a director attached, that is.
