As Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach prepare to take their first steps into the MCU as Marvel's First Family, The Fantastic Four, Matt Shakman's upcoming sixties-set superhero movie has gotten itself a new title. Revealed by Shakman himself at Marvel Studios' grand Hall H presentation at Comic-Con, Reed Richards and co's Marvel Cinematic Universe debut is called, quite aptly, The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Although the Fab Four (no, not that Fab Four!) won't just be taking their first steps with Shakman's film, no siree. This family are bringing with them a hot new/retrofuturistic set of wheels, as attendees at the Marvel panel were treated to an in-person first look at the Richards' Fantasticar, too. Check out the impossibly cool, Cadillac-inspired ride below:

Now admittedly, cool as the Fantasticar reveal is (and it is very cool), it doesn't tell us too much more about what Shakman's got in store for Reed Richards (Pascal), Sue Storm (Kirby), Johnny Storm (Quinn), and Ben Grimm (Moss-Bachrach) — besides reaffirming just how alt First Steps' take on the sixties is. But during the Fantastic Four presentation, we did learn that the superhero family are set to appear in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars (Fantastic Four vs RDJ Doctor Doom is a-go people!), that filming on Matt Shakman's movie is kicking off in London this Tuesday, and that Up and Spider-Man: No Way Home composing legend Michael Giacchino will be creating the sound of whichever universe we find the Richards clan in here.

Now, fans in attendance at Comic-Con did also get a sneak peek at some nostalgic-looking 4:3 ratio early footage of The Fantastic Four: First Steps, including a glimpse at Ralph Ineson's planet-devouring big bad Galactus, but that hasn't been released publicly yet. Even so, with the cast locked in, title confirmed, a shiny new set of wheels on display, and that 25 July, 2025 release date less than a year away, it's safe to say things are looking pretty fantastic for the arrival of Marvel's First Family into the MCU.
