Earlier this year at Comic-Con, Marvel Studios announced a huge swathe of releases for Phase 4 – incorporating upcoming movies and Disney+ streaming series arriving between now and the end of 2021. And now we have a bunch of additional dates of upcoming MCU movies courtesy of Disney’s latest release slate, meaning there’ll be plenty of guessing about what’s coming when.

The new dates are 7 October 2022, 17 February 2023, 5 May 2023, 28 July 2023, and 3 November 2023. That’s a particularly busy 2023 at the movies. So far, we have – in order – Black Widow and Eternals arriving next year, followed by Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings, Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, a third Tom Holland Spider-Man, and Thor: Love And Thunder in 2021. Which suggests that among the newly-dated movies will be the already-announced Black Panther 2, Blade, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, and Captain Marvel 2. Plus, it was reported recently that a third Ant-Man film is coming, with Peyton Reed back to direct, meaning that could be the fifth.

If we likely know what these five films are, it’s yet to be confirmed which order they’ll arrive in. With Phase 4 also set to include serialised shows including The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Hawkeye, and Loki, that’s a lot of upcoming Marvel content – good news for MCU fans, less so for Scorsese.
