After a flurry of early casting announcements for Darren Aronofsky’s Biblical drama Noah, things have gone quieter now that it’s gearing up to shoot. But one new piece of information has arrived from the Ark: Marton Csokas is jumping aboard.

Deadline’s report doesn’t specify whom Csokas will be playing, merely that he’s a supporting role. Whatever that might be, he’s joining the ranks with Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman and Douglas Booth.

That’s not Csokas’ only new gig. He’s also snagged the lead role opposite Thandie Newton in a new US TV drama called Rogue. The series finds an undercover cop (Newton) going up against a crime lord (Csokas) after her son is killed in a drive-by shooting. From the sounds of the title, she won’t exactly be enjoying the backing of her superiors. While the show is being produced by US satellite channel DirecTV and is set to air over in the States next summer, there’s no word on when it’ll make it over here.

Csokas last cropped up in **A****braham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter **and has just shot crime thriller Pawn.
