It's almost a year to the day since Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman began shooting their chilling new film Ghost Stories. Today brings three teasers for the haunting tales featured.
Based on Dyson and Nyman’s Olivier-nominated play (which has caused audiences from London, Sydney, Moscow and more to sleep with the light on), the big-screen frightfest will see Nyman return in the lead as spectral skeptic Professor Goodman. When a letter from beyond the grave makes him question his non-beliefs, Goodman sets out on a journey to meet three individuals with tales that definitely go ‘bump’ in the night.
Martin Freeman, Alex Lawther, Paul Whitehouse and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith are joining Nyman, who is also in the co-director’s seat with Dyson, in hoping to give their audience “an unforgettable experience that makes them laugh, scream and haunts their dreams". From the looks of these teasers, they've succeeded.
The film will be out in the UK on 13 April next year. And yep, that's Friday the 13th...
